Product Description

PCB HASL Pre-Clean Line is a dedicated cleaning system used in the HASL (Hot Air Solder Leveling) process of PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing. The HASL process is used to apply a layer of solder to the exposed copper pads and traces on the PCB, preparing them for component soldering. Before the PCB undergoes the HASL process, it needs to be thoroughly cleaned to remove any contaminants, oxides, or residues from previous manufacturing steps, such as etching or drilling.
